This year, over one-fourth of Millennials have risen up to management level positions with direct reports and the first group of Gen Z’s have entered the workforce. A new global study from Randstad and Future Workplace discovered that Gen Z and Millennials prefer a corporate office, in-person communication and value ‘communication’ as the most desirable leadership trait. Aside from these generations being more traditional than expected, the study reveals their views on education, employee benefits, new technology, performance reviews and more. As both generations continue to become a larger composition of today’s workforce, HR and learning professionals have to understand them and create programs that support their future workforce.

Jim Link, Chief Human Resource Officer of Randstad, will share new research findings on the preferences of these generations and share strategies how companies can best engage them.
